The Vision That Started It All

In the heart of Nagpur, Maharashtra, where dreams often get boxed into boundaries, Sushant Awale decided to break them. With years of experience working with billion-dollar D2C brands of the United States & European countries and helping them scale across Amazon and global marketplaces, Sushant saw the possibilities that digital commerce could offer. But he also saw something missing.

While Tier 1 cities in India raced ahead with innovation and infrastructure, smaller cities like Nagpur,  filled with talent and hunger,  were often overlooked. No one was building premium, future-forward brands from these cities. And Sushant decided it was time someone did.

Driven by the belief that big dreams aren’t reserved for big cities, he took the leap and built Transdesk, a revolutionary brand that brings world-class ergonomic furniture to Indian homes and workspaces. Not from Mumbai. Not from Bangalore. But from the very heart of Maharashtra.

His goal? Not just to sell desks,  but to change how India works, and who gets to build it.
