2. Product Information & Pricing
● All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless
stated otherwise.
● While we make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing,
typographical errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse
orders.
● Product images shown on the website are for reference only. Actual product color or
finish may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments
● Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an
order confirmation via email.
● We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing,
stock unavailability, or force majeure.
● Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store
credit/debit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery
● Transdesk delivers to most serviceable pin codes in India.
● Shipping timelines vary by location and are subject to courier logistics.
● Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) are not our
responsibility.
● Customers must ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

5. Cancellation, Return & Refund
● Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement if the product hasn’t been
dispatched.
● Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery under valid conditions (e.g., wrong
product, damaged item).
● Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days of approval.

6. Warranty
● Transdesk provides a 3-Year Limited Warranty on height-adjustable desks.
● Warranty is valid only for original purchasers and is non-transferable.
● Damage caused due to misuse, environmental exposure, or unauthorized modifications
is not covered.

7. Intellectual Property
● All content, designs, product descriptions, and trademarks on this website are the
intellectual property of Transdesk.
● Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited and may
lead to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
● Transdesk is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
● Our total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the
specific product purchased.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
● These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
● Any disputes arising out of these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

10. Acknowledgment
By accessing and using this website or purchasing from Transdesk, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree to be bound by
any additional policies referenced herein, including our Warranty, Cancellation, Return & Refund
