At Transdesk, we are committed to ensuring that your ergonomic workspace solutions are
delivered safely, promptly, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we manage order processing, shipping timelines, delivery coverage, and tracking details across India.
Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Our delivery network covers a
wide geographical area in partnership with reliable courier and logistics providers.
However, please note that certain remote or non-serviceable locations may have limited or
no delivery availability. In such cases, our customer support team will connect with you directly to explore alternative delivery arrangements or offer a full refund if delivery is not feasible.
Order Processing Timeline
All orders placed on our website are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment
confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, we begin packaging and scheduling dispatch
through our logistics partners.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to deliver products to most serviceable pin codes within 5 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location, local courier efficiency, or other unforeseen circumstances such as:
● Regional lockdowns or restricted zones
● Public holidays or courier service holidays
● Weather disruptions or natural calamities
● Inaccessibility in high-altitude or rural zones
Please note: Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, especially for areas with
logistical limitations.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS. This will include a tracking link that allows you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.
If you do not receive a tracking link within 48 hours of order confirmation, or if the tracking link doesn’t work, please contact us at support@transdesk.store, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts to the provided shipping address. If the package remains undelivered due to unavailability or incorrect address details, it may be
returned to our warehouse.
In such scenarios:
● A reshipping fee may be charged for re-delivery.
● We will contact you to confirm address details before attempting re-shipment.
Please ensure that the contact number and address provided during checkout are
accurate and accessible to avoid delays.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns or for special delivery conditions.
In rare cases (e.g., bulky orders, specific locations), additional shipping charges may apply. Any such charges will be displayed clearly during the checkout process before payment.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to meet our delivery promises, there may be delays caused by:
● Courier service interruptions or backlogs
● Unexpected demand spikes
● Supplier-side issues for custom or out-of-stock products
In all such cases, our support team will proactively keep you informed about the revised delivery schedule.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your product is delivered in visibly damaged packaging or appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the damage is discovered post-delivery, please report it within 48 hours with valid photos or videos to support@transdesk.store.
We will investigate the issue and either:
● Replace the damaged item
● Initiate a refund
● Coordinate a reverse pickup if needed
In case of lost shipments or missing tracking updates for more than 7 working days, we will either re-ship the order or refund the amount after internal verification.
