Warranty Policy

At Transdesk, we are committed to delivering high-performance ergonomic solutions that
combine innovation, reliability, and long-term durability. Our products are designed and
engineered with utmost care to support your posture, productivity, and well-being.
To ensure your confidence in our craftsmanship, we provide a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all height-adjustable desks, effective from the date of delivery.

Warranty Terms
● The warranty is valid for 36 months from the date of delivery.
● Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal
usage conditions.
● This policy is applicable to purchases made directly from Transdesk or through
authorized partners.
● Warranty coverage is non-transferable and restricted to the original purchaser.
● Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory for any warranty claim.
● Transdesk reserves the right to inspect and determine the validity of a warranty claim.

Components and Functions Covered Under Warranty
This limited warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship for the
following components:

Electrical & Functional Coverage:
● Motor Units – Faults in lift function or mechanical failure
● Control Systems – Keypads, memory settings, and display modules
● Power Supply Units – Adapters and electric cables included with the product

Structural Coverage:
● Desk Frame – Legs, support beams, lifting mechanisms
● Height Adjustment System – Gears, joints, and internal assemblies

In the event of an approved claim, Transdesk will either repair, replace, or provide parts free of charge, depending on the nature of the defect and availability.

Exclusions — What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

The following types of damages and conditions are not covered under the Transdesk warranty:
Cosmetic Wear & Tear
Surface scratches, dents, fading, and other signs of normal aging.
Improper Assembly or Installation
Damage caused by incorrect setup not following our official instructions.
Misuse or Mishandling
Accidental damage, abuse, or usage outside the intended function of the product.
Unauthorized Modifications
Any alterations or repairs made by third-party or unapproved service providers.
Environmental Damage
Issues caused by moisture, fire, heat exposure, or other environmental elements.
Non-Residential Use Beyond Limits
Use in heavy-duty commercial, industrial, or public environments beyond design specifications.
Post-Delivery Relocation Damage
Damage occurring during movement, relocation, or reassembly after initial delivery.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty request, please contact our support team via email:

Include the following details:
● Order ID and purchase date
● Description of the issue
● Photos and/or video showing the defect
● Shipping address for replacement parts (if required)

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 48 business hours and guide you
through the next steps, including virtual inspections or technical assistance if needed.

Replacement & Servicing Protocol
● Transdesk will dispatch the necessary part or product based on availability and
diagnosis.
● Most components are designed for DIY installation with clear instructions.
● In select cases, we may arrange for a technician visit (service fees may apply).
● All replaced components or products remain the property of Transdesk.

Important Terms & Limitations
● The warranty is valid only within India, unless otherwise specified.
● Claims without proof of purchase will not be entertained.
● Replacement timelines may vary based on logistics and part availability.
● Liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement; indirect or consequential damages are
not covered.
● Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Post-Warranty Support
Even after your warranty period ends, we remain committed to supporting your workspace
journey. Replacement parts, upgrades, or technical consultation services are available at
